Caucus: The Discussion Forum is pleased to announce that we are hosting Prof Peter Burke, Emeritus Professor, University of Cambridge, to share his insights and reflections on the topic "Understanding Culture". Prof Burke is a Fellow of the British Academy and was awarded the Erasmus Medal of the European Academy in 1998. He has been awarded honorary doctorates by the Universities of Lund, Copenhagen, Bucharest, Zurich, Brussels and Oviedo. He is an Honorary Professor of the National University of Colombia and an Honorary Fellow of St John’s College Oxford. Prof Burke has published hundreds of articles and chapters and 30 books. His works have been translated into 33 languages.
